SHIPPING POLICY

  • Our parcels are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes and sent by reputable couriers. 

  • All Orders are dispatched the following day working day. Good are only shipped Monday to Friday. Orders are NOT shipped on Weekends or Bank Holidays.

  • While we cannot guarantee delivery dates 99% of all orders reach customers within 48 hours of being dispatched

  • If you would like a Specific delivery date there is an extra charge please contact us.  We do not deliver Sundays.

  • Deliveries must be check and signed for. Only accept parcel that have arrived in good condition. If the parcel is damaged, please inform the courier and Ma-Ke Bonsai immediately.

  • If you cannot be in when goods arrive, please leave instructions as to where the parcel can be left. Please ensure that there is someone to receive the goods when they are delivered.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If goods are ordered online you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods, but they must be returned to us in the original condition.

  • You the customer will have the bear the expenses of returning the goods to Ma-Ke Bonsai.

  • If goods are received in a damaged condition you must state that on the delivery note and inform the courier and Ma-Ke Bonsai immediately, we will either refund or replace them.

  • Please ensure that you have ordered the right items before paying for your items, and completing your purchases.
